Smokin' Triggers made KCBS barbecue history this weekend by winning the $15,000 grand prize and a Harley Davidson motorcycle at the L-P-Que BBQ Championship, a bbq contest featuring LP gas bbq pits. This new breed of contest is part of the KCBS Competitor Series.
Competitors cooked the four main KCBS meat categories including chicken, ribs, pork, and brisket. Prize money totaled $75,000.
