Whole Hog Cooking

Barbecue is becoming more and more popular for entertaining. This article in the Akron Beacon Journal discusses the trend and has some interesting recipes for bbq rub, bbq sauce and an interesting mixed beans side dish.

I also came across another idea for making a portable hog cooker designed by Hubert Scallan from Louisiana.
