Published research completed recently by the University of Arkansas quantified just how much economic impact the annual Bikes, Blues and Barbecue festival held in Fayetteville has for the city and it's businesses.
An article in the The Morning News, a Fayetteville newspaper, says 300,000 people attended the 2005 event. Next year's event is scheduled for September.
