Restaurant Start-up for $10?

This news article details a rib joint in Hamilton, OH that was started with $10. Amazing story.

This seems to illustrate that 1) dreams really can come true and 2) I gave up too soon (lol).

Great find and interesting story. I was a bit perplexed about buying ribs and selling them for $5 a sandwich, though. I wonder if that was sloppy news editing or if he was making rib tip sandwiches or something.

I love seeing the little guy make good, like this.

I agree. I think they must be talking at least partly about rib tips.
