Linda cooked a pork loin this weekend and we just had some leftovers tonight. I especially liked the rub she used and thought I'd share it here.

1 tsp cumin
2 tsp ancho chili powder
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
