I do my best to provide interesting content here on The BBQ Blog, but every once in awhile I get the desire to reflect on the types of articles, pictures, series, projects, and information that I share about the wonderful world of BBQ.
In an attempt to better understand the folks that take time from their busy schedules to stop by and check in from time to time I'd like to propose a short survey to help me better provide the types of information you're looking for and to learn what you like to see more of (or maybe less of).

3. What type of smoker do you use? Offset. Of course, now they have improved it.

8. What is your least favorite thing about The BBQ Blog? Since I don't travel a lot, the "eatery" reviews have limited appeal.
9. What topics would you like to see featured on The BBQ Blog? Photos, smokers, and all things wood-fired.

Recipies and tips, plus the restuarant reviews are good, cause I don't live far from the BBQ Guy.

Talk about the various contests, doesn't really apply to me.

3.) Offset. Wish I had the smokey mountain though. Offsets are finicky and use a lot of wood.

8.) Too much competition stuff for me, but I still learn from it so it's all good.

10.) I can but I'm not sure what I have to add that would be better than what some others have. They seem more experienced. I did live in KC for 6 of my 8 after college years and gleamed some knowledge from that, I think. But I still can't do brisket.

As time permits I have cook as much as 5 times a week as little as 1 a month if I have the time I cook!
3. What type of smoker do you use?
I have a custom 1/4" steel offset pit & a Ben Lang Model 60 Mobile Pit
4. How many smokers to you own?
2 at this time I have had a total of 6
5. Do you compete in bbq contests?
Not at this time, but that is why I bought the Ben Lang Model 60
