I received a note today from the Illinois BBQ Society announcing their new Online BBQ Bulletin Board. The web site also has some event pictures from the King City BBQ Showdown and has a 'members only' section chalked full of great information. There is a listing of contest information and hot links to BBQ Teams who compete in Illinois!
