Brick BBQ Pit
I came across a link to Mother Earth News plans for a brick barbecue pit on a bbq blog called BBQ Junkie. The plans are to a block-style bbq pit circa-1985. It's kind of cool. I've always wanted to build a backyard brick pit. This article should help.

The people at Mother Earth News were pretty helpful. I asked if they could post a higher resolution version of the plans and the sent me a copy of the article via snail mail. I will scan it in and post it tomorrow.
